Who We Are

The Christian Classical Education Alliance was formed from a united passion to help provide a solid foundation for the rising generation.

  • Christian

  • Classical

  • Education

These are the three pillars in which the CCE Alliance is dedicated. While schools exist that are committed to these three priorities, funding can be difficult to keep them operating. That's where CCE Alliance fits in.

We exist to partner and financially support these existing schools. Schools that are already working to make an education that enriches our children in Christianity and in the the timeless truths of our heritage.

We can't do it alone. That's where YOU come in.  Make a donation today!

Sarah’s Story

After searching in the Louisville area and visiting several schools, my husband and I decided upon a small classical Christian school for our son. We were looking for a non- denominational Christian school that had sound Christian teaching with a classical history and literature, cursive writing, Latin, and grammar that would challenge our son and develop his critical thinking. I wanted a school that provided a love for Christ, a love for play and friendship and a love of learning. I found this school and it provided an exceptional and transformational education for our son.

After developing relationships and getting involved with the Parent Teacher Organization, I gained perspective on the financial challenges of these types of schools and the difficulty in them becoming self sustaining. To my dismay, our school was not able to overcome these monetary obstacles which led to its closing. This is where the idea of CCEA was born. If an organization like CCEA had been in existence at that time, it could have closed the gap and relieved the school’s financial hardship.

  • Many non-profit Christian classical schools in the Louisville area are struggling in their own unique ways.

    * Lack of administration and classroom space

    * Constraints on enrollment due to limited space

    * Constraints in the ability to fund teacher salaries

    * Lack of faculty and board development

    * Lack of recreational sports programs

    * Lack of funds to purchase curriculum

    As we know, there is no state or federal funding that supports these schools. It is by God’s hand that parents, teachers, and administrators work together to bring success to these schools. In spite of financial limitations, it is my belief that these students are being provided an exceptional education; however, our goal is to promote stability and a firm financial foundation that would strengthen and allow them to thrive.

    What does the Christian Classical Education Alliance fund?

    * Classroom Resources

    * Curriculum

    * Facility Projects

Steve’s Story

Steve Green has spent his life in the radio industry, with a focus on Christian radio. His passion is to connect people with Jesus and share the hope that is only found in Him. In today’s current climate, Christian education is more important than ever. Green says: “Our society has taken God out of the classroom. The public schools have dumbed down the curriculum. It is imperative to the future of our nation that we educate our children properly, with a love for God and an understanding of an array of subjects. Classical Christian education is meeting this urgent need. It’s more important now than it has ever been!”
